Description

Program Overview:
Your child is on Spring Break; the corporate world is not. The 5-Day Spring Executive Sprint is an intensive, elite practicum designed to transition ambitious high school students from passive learners into proactive Junior Analysts. We bypass traditional textbook theory, teaching students how to leverage Enterprise-Grade AI (Gemini/Claude) to execute real-world corporate research, culminating in an exclusive VIP trip to the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) and a live Boardroom Defense.

The 5-Day Corporate Itinerary:

  • Day 1: Corporate Onboarding & Applied AI: Students are inducted as Junior Analysts. They master elite AI Prompt Engineering, learning how to compress 10 hours of market research into 2 hours of highly accurate data synthesis.

  • Day 2: The TSX Historical Case Sprint: Analysts are assigned a historical commercial challenge from a real publicly traded company. Working in task forces, they analyze the competitive landscape and formulate a strategic corporate solution.

  • Day 3: Bay Street Immersion (The CSE Excursion): We break the classroom walls. Students travel to Toronto's Financial District for a private, guided tour of the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), followed by an exclusive "CEO Closed-Door Lunch" to build early relational capital. (Dress Code: Business Casual).

  • Day 4: Pitch Deck Architecture: Analysts return to the Incubator to transform their research into an executive-level slide deck, focusing on Corporate Science Communication (SciComm) and data visualization.

  • Day 5: The Boardroom Defense: The climax of the sprint. Analysts don their blazers and deliver a high-pressure, entirely English pitch to our internal "Mock Board of Directors."

Student Outcomes & Deliverables:

  • A finalized, professional Strategy Pitch Deck suitable for future university application portfolios.

  • Official IMadeIt Co-op Junior Analyst Practicum Certificate.

  • The VIP Fast-Track: Top-performing analysts secure an automatic interview bypass and guaranteed alumni placement for our flagship 2-week Summer TSX Corporate Residency.
