Due to the highly limited availability of our Spring Camp spots, by registering, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Standard Cancellation & Refund Schedule

Cancellations will be processed based on the date we receive your written notice:

7 - 13 Days	50% Refund (the remainder covers pre-incurred hard costs)

2. Emergencies & Flexible Options

We understand that unexpected situations arise. To minimize your loss in the event of an emergency, we proudly offer the following flexible alternatives:

• Free Spot Transfer: Up to 24 hours before the camp starts, you may transfer your child's spot to a sibling or a friend who meets the age requirements, completely free of charge. Simply email us with the new camper's details to update the registration.
• Medical Emergencies (Camp Credit): If your child cannot attend due to a sudden illness or injury, please provide a valid doctor's note. While we cannot offer a cash refund at this stage, we will convert 100% of your unused camp fee into a Camp Credit. This credit is valid for 12 months and can be applied toward any of our future camp programs.
• Cancellation by the Camp: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a camp due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather or facility issues), you will receive a 100% full cash refund.
